Bottle Vs Ninny

I have not given up on nursing Aiden despite our obsticals. I had a private session with a lactation consultant today and she is very hopefull. She says Aiden is a star and will be nursing all the time soon. After 7 weeks he loves his "ninny". He just needs to give up his "bottle" addiction.

Oh yeah, and she weighed him................9.12 pds. He loves to eat!

Anyone who knows me, knows who my favorite artist is.............Beyonce! Her concert was Saturday so I had to attend. This was my first time leaving AJ over 2 hours. It was difficult to leave just like the first time but I needed to get away....and for a good reason - Beyonce rocked the house!

I had to snap pictures while getting ready for AJ's first meeting at the kingdom hall. I started getting us ready early this morning and the meeting is at 12:30. I hope we make it on time. Motherhood is hard work.

He is wearing his first pair of shoes, size 0.

It will be nice to see everyone at the hall after being gone 3 months due to being on bedrest and then maternity leave.

Sling in Action

This infant sling is really convenient to use instead of a stroller when mom needs her hands free. AJ likes it...so far when he is sleep. I think the bundled position reminds him of mama's womb. I love using it in public because it keeps him hidden from "germy" strangers who want to kiss on and touch baby's hands. Can you say germ free?

I have yet to use it at home. I'm sure it will come in handy when I need to do work around the house and AJ won't let me to put him down.

We went out in field service today. He stayed sleep in the stroller the whole time but he enjoyed the fresh air.

Changing his diaper in the backseat of the car was totally awkward. It was almost worse than doing it in yucky public restrooms. I guess I better get used to it and good at it....fast.

I left AJ at home with daddy today while I got my hair done. I hadn't had my hair cut in 3 months since I was put on bedrest.
People say that I should enjoy my own time alone but I couldn't help but feel guilty for leaving him. I was very nervous but when I got home, baby and daddy where just fine.

Of course AJ slept through it all but we hung out with my sisters, nephew, mom, and friends. The batteries in my camera died so Georgy didn't get her photo op.
